Matchgirl Productions is a Bedford-based nonprofit that supports local organizations and community projects.
Our focus is simple: helping community efforts move from ideas to something real and sustainable.
What We Do
We provide hands-on support to nonprofits, community groups, and local initiatives — especially when extra capacity is needed to move a project forward.
Our work includes:
- Managing and coordinating community art and civic projects
- Connecting residents with local volunteer opportunities
- Supporting organizations with practical needs like websites and digital tools
- Assisting with funding strategies, including grants and limited direct support
- Operating a free online newspaper to share local news and opportunities
Most of our work takes place in Bedford and surrounding communities.
Why This Exists
Many local organizations and ideas struggle not because people don’t care — but because they need time, coordination, or support to move forward.
